The corporate governance framework is structured in accordance with current legislation and best practices, ensuring clarity in roles, decision-making processes, and control systems.     Control and Compliance System<\/strong><\/p>

    Videe S.p.A. has adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, as a tool aimed at preventing the commission of offenses provided for by the regulations and strengthening the principles of ethics and integrity in the conduct of business. The Supervisory Body, equipped with autonomous powers of initiative and control, oversees the functioning and observance of Model 231 and manages its updating.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    External Controls<\/strong><\/p>
