From the Cayo Cochinos archipelago in Honduras comes the new edition of the most adventurous reality show on the Italian TV schedule.
For three months, the Videe team was engaged in Honduras handling the production of the weekly prime-time episodes live, 24/7 filming, editing for the daytime segments, and the challenge games between contestants.
The production setup included a main flight-case control room and a backup flight-case control room, a 15-meter Jimmy Jib, underwater cameras, remote-controlled cameras, night cameras, camcorders, signal control stations, audio recording, and lighting equipment.
Videe also managed post-production, providing storage servers, ingest, logging, and editing stations.
The transmission system for international and local connections between sets and technical areas consisted of a network of microwave radio links, terrestrial and submarine fiber optics, and DSNG flight cases.
Power continuity was ensured at all production sites with multiple generators and UPS units.
Videe also handled the full logistics for shipping and customs clearance of all equipment.
