Designed for the most demanding live productions, the system integrates IP Director, XFile3, XT Access, and Multireview, ensuring instant replay precision from every angle.

For broadcast acquisition, OBX features the flagship Sony HDC-4300, offering native 4K sensors, BT.2020 colourimetry, and full HDR support. A key differentiator is the Sony HDC-4800 HFR camera: with its Super 35mm global shutter sensor, it delivers cinematic quality and full-resolution slow motion up to 8x in 4K/UHD and 16x in HD. The system supports PL and B4 lens mounts and features advanced flicker reduction technology.

OBX Videe offers an exceptional, healthy working environment designed for maximum configurability. It features two independent production zones that interface seamlessly: a main area for Host Broadcasting and a secondary area for Unilateral feeds. For top-tier events, these merge into a single, expansive production hub entirely at the client’s disposal. Engineered for comfort and performance, OBX features smart environmental controls, indirect tunable RGB LED lighting, and a hospital-grade climate control system with active carbon and ionising filters for continuous air purification.

PROJECT
THE OBX PROJECT TEAM
OBX was engineered and created with an eye to the future of broadcast by Videe’s R&D department together with system integrator Chromaline, known for proven field experience.
Chromaline handled the detailed design, site supervision, electrical system and audio, video, fibre and networking cabling according to Videe’s project. With OBX VIDEE, Chromaline refines its know-how and reaches truly cutting-edge levels.
HIGHLY INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS
We devoted the utmost attention to every design aspect, finding highly innovative construction solutions that first and foremost meet the needs of the operational and creative team working inside OBX, with the goal of maximising performance and comfort. OBX offers a home-automation management system, RGB LED lighting that follows the colour temperature of sunlight, fully zone-customisable air conditioning and an air recirculation system every 30 minutes. OBX is unique of its kind and can host up to 36 people at the same time.
