Videe S.p.A. is a company subject to the direction and coordination of Videe Group S.r.l.

Control and Compliance System

Videe S.p.A. has adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as a tool aimed at preventing the commission of offenses provided for by the regulations and strengthening the principles of ethics and integrity in the conduct of business. The Supervisory Body, equipped with autonomous powers of initiative and control, oversees the functioning and observance of Model 231 and manages its updating.

External Controls

The statutory audit of the accounts is entrusted to the auditing firm PWC, tasked with verifying the regular maintenance of the accounting records and the correct representation of the Company’s economic, equity, and financial situation.

Videe S.p.A. attaches primary importance to the protection of health and safety in the workplace, operating in compliance with current legislation and adopting suitable organizational and technical measures to prevent risks. The Company employs qualified figures and specialized consultants to ensure the continuous monitoring and improvement of safety standards.
