From 7-21 February 2021, Cortina has hosted the most important international winter sport event held during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Cortina 2021 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships. 14 days, 13 World Championship titles, 71 nations, 600 athletes, 700 volunteers, 550 media professionals. The sports event was followed by 500 million people worldwide, via television and new media, making it possible for the public to take part “remotely”.

Olympia, Vertigine and Col Druscié are the 3 the ski slopes where we provide our equipment: the amazing SONY HDC-4800 with hypermotion up to 8x in 4K and the microcameras Atom Mini One and Mini 4K 11 - the smallest broadcast cameras in the market currently, equipped with rx/tx RF and fiber optics system. The R&D Videe's dept engineered an innovative system for the setting and the easy and fast repositioning of the cameras on the pistes during the races. In addiction to the supply of efficient systems to guarantee the operability of the cameras notwithstanding the extreme temperatures, suitable covers to enable the shooting also in case of rain and/or snow were provided.
