Description: from 4 to 7 December 2025, the EFA Bella Italia Resort in Lignano Sabbiadoro hosted the first FXC - Fireball Extreme Challenge World Cup. We worked alongside the FXC International Federation right from the pre-production and event organisation phase, providing bespoke, consultative support to identify the client's expected outcomes regarding TV coverage, graphics, and A/V distribution. This collaborative approach enabled us to pinpoint the most suitable technical and editorial solutions to deliver a top-quality TV product, enhancing the initial brief with value-added proposals and the automation of certain production workflows. We also provided the TV director and assisted in defining the TV schedule, helping to boost the profile of a fast-growing sport. We supplied an OB Van for multi-camera A/V production, multilingual commentary positions, and TV lighting kits; we handled live graphics management and multi-channel live streaming on the federation’s official channels for the opening and closing ceremonies, awards presentations, and competition days. Furthermore, we coordinated our partners to provide giant screens, various monitoring systems, twin generator sets, ground-level advertising LED walls, and sponsor LED strip displays.
